Well built, like everything they offer. Looks cool, too. Renders the elbow strap useless, as there are no holes to run it through the cover. Shipping is very slow. Customer service is awesome. I screwed up and ordered something I couldn’t use. Even though it was my fault, they fixed it. I will buy from, and recommend, them again.

Price point is too high for what you get. Really the only ‘cool’ feature is the pull handle to open the bag and have a buddy grab it. It needs extra features to make it more practical. Such as; 1. There ought to be velcro on the backpack straps to stick to the bag so they’re not flailing around as a snag hazard when deploying or using the shield. 2. There should be stitching that says “PULL HANDLE” below the handle because in critical incidents you’ll be working with people not in your shift or who otherwise don’t know how to get the shield out. 3. The pull handle should be a different color to stand out for the reason above. 4. There should be thin embroidering on the bag outlining the actual shield. The bag can give the illusion the shield is bigger than it actually is (I’m talking about the top/head area) and could get someone hurt by using just the cloth portion and thinking they’re protected when they’re not. Overall, it’s too pricey for what you get, but it serves the purpose of carrying the shield well. It just needs some at-home renovations to make it what it should be.

Wish the molle slits were on the other side so if I deploy the shield with the backpack case on it, I can attach things while using it. Instead they put it on the backpack strap side, so it would be in your back while carrying as a backpack, it would also leave anything attached on the opposite side of the handle if used as a shield.

Fits small mini shield perfectly. Allows hands free until needed. Handle mounted on shield is allowed to protrude through the cover, so in a pinch you could use it without taking off the cover. Well thought out design, with convenient durable handles sewn on 2 sides. Great piece of kit to compliment a great shield.

Awesome Bag, only suggestion is to add loops on top and side to allow the user to drope the bag in emergency situation with the sling. Or the user can add a rifle sling to the bag to free up hands. Just a suggestion. The bag meets all demands.
