If you have 6x9 plates and a larger cummerbund it work. I got a medium best and it said it fits 6x6 plates. However they were floppy on the cummerbund and didn’t fit well.

I made my original order with the regular plate carrier and the side plates in one order the side plate carriers came in with no inserts or plates called up review the order told them what was missing customer service said they would take care of it and I just got two more side plate carriers but no side plate this is outrageously inconvenient for the second time

The pouch is sewn along the edges, and does not expand or have any depth. I could not fit my 6X8 plate into it. I can barely fit a trauma pad. Needs to be redesigned with enough width / depth to hold a plate.
