WHAT HAPPENS IF I PURCHASE AN ITEM ON BACKORDER?

We are fully stocked and ready to ship RTS doesn't do backorders.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At this time, we currently do not ship outside of the United States.

DO YOU SHIP APO/FPO-BASED ADDRESSES?

Yes, we do! Army Post Offices (APO) and Fleet Post Offices (FPO) make it possible for our Men and Women on the ground.

Yes, call us or send us an email we will always have the best prices!

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

If you contact us during the processing phase of your order, we will be able to cancel your order.

HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?

You can check the status of your order by clicking on "My Account" in the top navigation bar. Sign-in to access your account by entering your email and password. Then, click on "Order History". Click on an order number to view the entire order.

HOW TO I START THE PROSSES OF A RETURN?

You can start a return prosses by going to the bottom of the page and clicking on ''RMA'' and fill out the form and someone from our customer service team will take care of you.
