WHAT HAPPENS IF I PURCHASE AN ITEM ON BACK ORDER?

We will never have any back order products.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At this time, we can't ship outside of the states.

DO YOU SHIP APO/FPO-BASED ADDRESSES?

Yes we do! Army Post Offices (APO) and Fleet Post Offices (FPO) make it possible for our servicemen and women.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS ON VOLUME OFFERS?

Yes, call us in before placing your order.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

If you contact us during the processing phase of your order, we should be able to cancel your order.

HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?

You can check the status of your order by clicking on "My Account" in the top navigation bar. Sign-in to access your account by entering your email and password. Then, click on "Order History". Click on an order number to view the entire order.

I ENTERED A DISCOUNT CODE BUT IT DIDN'T WORK- WHAT GIVES?

The product I ordered didn't work out. How do I return an item?We think you're awesome and deserve the best. That's why we offer hassle-free returns—provided your item is new, still has its tags and is returned within 90 days of delivery.
