Advanced Ultra Durable Extended Drag Handle
Increased Safety: The extended drag handle also serves as a lifesaving tool during emergencies. It enables a fellow team member to quickly and safely pull the user to safety, even if the wearer is incapacitated or unconscious.
Rapid Deployment: Speed is essential in an emergency. The extended drag handle on the OPSEC advanced quick-release plate carrier allows for rapid deployment, allowing one or more soldiers to be extracted from a dangerous situation in seconds.
Tested and CertifIed perform with strength up to 960 lbs of body weight
Full Quick Release System
In unpredictable combat situations, quick-release buckles can be vital to quickly shedding the carrier and freeing oneself, especially in cases of jammed or unresponsive release mechanisms on traditional buckles.
Improved Maneuverability: Our Quick-release buckles help to reduce the amount of time and effort required for the removal of the armor, making it easier for users to quickly reposition.
Swift Medical Attention: In life-saving scenarios, the difference of seconds can often be the difference between life and death. With quick-release buckles, medical professionals can have rapid access to injuries or wounds in critical areas.
Versatility: The added feature of quick-release buckles provides greater versatility for the wearer. Depending on the situation, the carrier can be rapidly adjusted or removed with minimal impact on functionality.
Advanced Load Out Capable & Laser Cut Bonded Material
Versatility: The ability to easily change load-outs allows the wearer to customize their gear according to mission requirements, allowing them to adapt to different situations in the field. This increases the versatility of the OPSEC Plate Carrier.
Efficiency: A removable and changeable loadout allows soldiers or law enforcement officers to switch out equipment quickly, saving valuable time in dangerous situations. Being able to make rapid adjustments to their gear can mean the difference between life and death in certain circumstances.
Lightweight: Laser-cut plate carriers have less material than their traditional counterparts, which reduces overall weight. This decreases the effort required for the wearer to move, providing a more efficient maneuverability in high-stress situations.
Enhanced Durability: The RTS Tactical OPSEC Plate Carriers feature laser-cut materials that are more durable than those with traditional Cordura Nylon. The laser-cut edges help prevent fraying and tearing, which can be detrimental to the overall carrier's functionality during Tactical Operations
Upgraded Internal Spacer Mesh with Advanced Airway System
Enhanced Comfort and Breathability: Upgraded internal spacer mesh increases airflow within the plate carrier, reducing discomfort from heat and sweat build-up during prolonged use.
Enhanced Load Management: The RTS Tactical OPSEC provides efficient load distribution, reducing pressure points on the shoulders, back, and hips. This ensures that the wearer can comfortably carry their gear, even for extended periods.
Superior Impact Protection: Our upgraded internal spacer mesh enhances the impact absorption capacity of the plate carrier, reducing the severity of injuries resulting from blunt force trauma.
Moisture Management: As Spacer Mesh is highly porous and absorbent, it helps to wick away moisture from the body, keeping the user dry and comfortable during the toughest missions.

Love this OPSEC plate carrier. 10x12 Ranger green. Have the multi cam one & looking to buy the black one. Inly bad thing id say is it sucks that there no longer going to be making these vests anymore :(. Returning customer here, & they have some of the best & highest quality, most comfortable, practical, & versatile gear on the market. Also extremely durable for a nice dollar or 2 lol. Well worth the money. Hope they start making other gear & pouches. Want all or most of my gear to be from RTS tactical. Awesome customer service too. Cant hardly find that at most places nowadays. Thanks RTS tactical for such awesome equipment. Keep it up.
Velcro would’ve been better than whatever the hell they put on this thing to secure it together. You can’t jump, you can’t bend over, hell, you can’t even walk without the stupid thing coming undone. I wish I could have my money back.
Probably the most comfortable carrier I’ve worn. Just not to the point of training weekly, but seriously wearing this working out, that comfortable. I believe in spending money on good stuff that will last, and this is a perfect fit. I’m definitely spreading the word of a great product and great customer service!
This is an excellent vest — I wear it for work eight hours a day, and it's incredibly comfortable. It distributes weight well and is clearly well-constructed. I would definitely recommend it.
That said, I did have a couple of minor issues. The shoulder strap padding includes a built-in buckle that caused pressure points, so I had to remove it for better comfort. Additionally, the package didn’t include any instructions, so I had to contact customer support to figure out how to adjust the cummerbund.
As a larger individual, I found that 10x12 plates were too small for me, but the 11x14 size fits perfectly. Overall, this is a great vest, and I would absolutely purchase it again.
Thought it might be a little big called the service team. They helped me adjust it. Perfect fit thank you you guys! Gorgeous plate carrier! well made! Definitely one of my favorites
RTS Tactical is an excellent company. Their customer service is quick, polite, and professional, always responding in a timely manner. The quality of their plates and plate carriers is outstanding—durable, comfortable, and reliable. I highly recommend RTS Tactical for anyone looking for top-notch gear.
Very high quality. Distributes the weight nicely. Put two plates in each pocket (level 3 and 4 both in each) and walked around town with a full kit on for 6-8 hours. Wasn't bad at all. Didn't really get fatigued at all. Overall weight was around 32 lbs with placard full of mags, hydration pack, medical kits, and ATACR. Still adjusting my kit on it a bit to be more precise in my overall deployment of gear.
But after wearing it all around town for 6-8 ish hours and on a hike in the woods around my backyard. It wasn't too bad. Could wear it all day really and be good. Good job y'all. Would definitely buy more again.
I was sent the wrong product. The product I received had the shoulder straps completely comprised of Velcro, that is not the same shoulder strap system displayed on your website.
I WAITED FOR THIS THING FOR A YEAR AND A HALF. THE MILTICAM IS PERFECT. IT DOESN'T LOOK OR FEEL CHEAP. I COULDN'T BE ANY HAPPIER. BAD ASS PLATE CARRIER! FEEL LIKE A JUGGERNAUT! WITH THE PLATES AND ALL THE OTHER STUFF ON IT IT'S STILL PRETTY COMFY.
Little big, but they'll grow into them. No in all seriousness this is one of the highest quality carriers I've ever messed with. I love the quick release buckles. Aside from that the customer service is absolutely top tier, and that is rare these days. The combination of quality and service has created a customer for life.
Perfect fitment. Wouldn’t be able to wear it a full shift if it were not for the padding. Easy out with the quick release. More than enough molle to accommodate tac. Removable panels a plus.
Amazing customer service! RTS answered all my questions and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. I use this on duty. The Level IV plates and carrier are comfortable and light weight. I will continue to use RTS Tactical gear in the future. Highly recommend.
Talk about Love at first Site!!! All the other companies that provide plate carriers don't even come close.
And that are way overpriced and the material is not even that good like Defender Armor or Safe Life defense.
Compared to the big bulky plate carrier that we had to wear in Afghanistan in 2011 hands down all around the best from RTS Tactical.
I spent hours researching plate carrier systems to transition from a load-bearing vest and bulletproof vest. After extensive research, RTS Tactical was the clear winner for quality, selection, price, and the fact that its products are made in the U.S.
Their website was another major advantage. It allowed me to build a system tailored to my specific needs and presented three options based on my selections. I found no other vendor offering this level of customization and flexibility.
The products are clearly designed and professionally manufactured to meet the needs of serious professionals.
I was extremely impressed with RTS Tactical and have recommended them to many others.
Great Body armor IV vest , been looking for some time now ! “ Glad I have it now .. “ Great communication and manual on adjustments on the plate carrier vest video as well with y’all “ keep up the good job y’all do.. Frank’o Askren .
Nobody wants to need gear like this, but it's reassuring to have a quality setup ready if the situation ever calls for it. This was my first armor kit and really liked how it feels. Thank you RTS
