It fits great on top of my range bag. I added a 6 inch Israeli bandage to the side of the IFAK and put the tourniquet in its own pouch next to it. The tourniquet was hard to pull out smoothly from the elastic bands.

This kit seems to be well thought out and simple to use. The pouch is rugged and holds everything that comes in the kit and more. I did move the shears into the pouch. (with room to spare) Utilizing either hand to pull the red tab works as intended. Shock cord holds down it's contents well. Not to mention the medical supplies are top notch. RTS has made another great tool, I'll be buying another.

I purchased the camo IFAC for my rig , and the coyote brown for my backpack. Both are high quality, along with the contents. I would and already recommend them to friends. Couple things I would like to see in future versions would be an instrument that allows the removal of fluid filled lung(s) . More Velcro on the front tab. I attached a med patch and would like the space to put a blood type patch. A version of the IFAC that is a lower threat level like bandages, brandades, ointments, burn related, and supplies for less issues. If you are in the market for purchasing an IFAC definitely this company has the quality, support behind their stuff Scott Gomes. Torrington CT.

Perfect fit! I was an FMF corpsman with the Marines deployed to Afghanistan. It is critical for gear like this to work. Well..... it does! The zipper and it's ability for quick release is perfect, the gear contained inside is great and it is the perfect size. It does not get in the way of my draw and that is huge. The only thing I would suggest for the user to add would be you blood type as a velcro patch. Definitely grad one for your gear.

I like it but I had to add somethings and lose the glow stick and add a flashlight, emergency blanket, scalpel, alcohol pad's, sutures and some water purifying tablets.... Also changed to Israeli Bandage T3 4 Inches and EVERLIT Occlusive Chest Seal Non-Vented Adhesive Dressing for Open Chest Injury and Sucking Chest Wound... For the price it could have some extra's that only enhance the bags performance. Wish you just sold the molle pack empty. I will buy your IFAK again...
